Found this gem when looking for a place to stay near Aransas Natl Wildlife Refuge. It's a classic beautiful Victorian bed & breakfast. Our room had an oversized claw foot tub, king bed, view of the bay. We also had a small fridge and microwave, wifi, (but there are no TVs, which was fine by us). The breakfast was crafted from fresh local eggs, veggies, fruit, and presented beautifully. Coffee options were keurig, and were above average in taste. Truly a diamond find! A beautiful home that brought me and my partner peace and tranquility. Ms. Paula was incredibly kind and super welcoming. Top 3 things of our stay; 1. waking up in a beautiful room with the water view. 2. Ms. Paula's delicious fig bread and she even shared her recipe. 3. A quiet night outside in the properties gazebo. Will always recommend to family and friends and will definitely come back.

We stayed one night and loved the waterfront location! The owners are very welcoming! We are from Montreal, Canada and if we come back to Texas, we will definitely stay again!

My friend and I stayed here in late May. It is a very nice quiet place in a quiet area. Small town vibes and extremely accommodating. We stayed in one of the homes on the property. The home was very cozy and mostly quiet. The main house is over a 100 years old, kept in very nice condition and sits directly across the street from the oceanfront.
