I've had a couple issues with my HP tablet. Matt was amazing at diagnosing, offering solutions and setting up a new operating system once a couple years ago, and now a new computer I bought there. He set things up so the transition to a new version of Windows and then the new computer made my transitioning almost seamless--all my files and apps open and work as before--but better.
I was pleasantly greeted by Matt the minute I walked in. I had previously spoken with him the day prior, and he remembered the problem I had with my PC. Matt proceeded to take a look at my computer and instantly recognized the issue (failing power supply), and recommended a new one along with a physical dusting of my unit.
