Was using the groomer for 6 years, called to make an appointment, to start they weren't as friendly as usual, then I'm limited to what days because there was a small gap in services, that off the bat is annoying, then they have to take a deposit over the phone of $25. I called a couple days later to cancel and they didnt refund my deposit. The cut wasnt for 3 weeks. That's just poor business. Will Never be doing business here again.
