I didn’t want to even give them this one star. The girl on the phone was not understanding or comprehending what was being said. Trying to over talk and not listen. So NOOOO ABSOLUTELY NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH A PLACE THAT DOES NOT LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER!!!!!
If you’re a real dog parent, then you know this isn’t “just grooming.” This is handing over your literal baby to someone and hoping they treat them with the same love you do. The Pawber Shop and owner Kimmy have been grooming Luna since she was a tiny puff of fur back in 2017, and we have never trusted anyone else since.
