Excellent customer service and very patient with my Shepard who is a drama queen.
I’m always happy there. I don’t have enough use of my hands to brush knots out of my pets hair. My pup, Chuck, gets loose and hides from me. Does Samantha always make my Chuck Norris look cute? Absolutely! Will I able to remember her name when I re-book? Absolutely not. Thank goodness they’re there to remind me who to ask for and she remembers how I like him to look.
Wendy is superb! She follows directions perfectly and cuts my fur baby’s hair the way I like. All the ladies are good with the dogs.
