I am very dissappointed with PAWS and the way they dealt with our situation. I took both of my dogs to the resort late in the afternoon, which was 12 hours before my flight was to depart. I cooperated with them and took both dogs for an evaluation at least a month prior to boarding them. They were aware that both dogs did not do well around other dogs.
