Horrible customer service
My grandmother stays here, and I wish I could give zero stars. Some of the staff is sweet and caring, and they’re very appreciated, but this place also has the laziest, most unprofessional, uncaring people in charge, especially in the financial department. She lies, gives you the run around, and brushes you off when you need guidance through the difficult process of entering a loved one into the facility.
