Applied for Nurse aide and Stna classes here. They gave me an interview and then the lady said that we can start the hiring paperwork. I did all the paperwork, got a background check and was told my orientation was on the 6th. So i go into orientation and not even an hour in they pull me out of the room to talk to me. They pull me in the office and tell me they would like to revoke their offer and they just dont think Im a good fit. Heather is awesome! You can tell she really cares about her patients. My grandpa with Alzheimer’s is well taken care of here. All the employees we interacted with were either polite or even friendly!
Do NOT send your family member here!!! They are rude and will REFUSE to give them the care that they need. They Will refuse to listen to your concerns. The rooms are very hot and dirty. 0 star!
That newer girl from Italy is so amazingly sweet and love her accent super helpful and kind went out of her way to help out! I’m sure the other aids are hard workers as well but Valerie stuck out by coming over and going out her way to ensure my family member was taken care of and comfortable thank you again Valerie!
Had the best experience. My boyfriends first day was today, upon visiting him the lady at the front desk her name is vanessa she is with the activity department greeted me with a smile and asked if I knew where I was going, I told her that I didn't and she took me right too him! She asked me how my day was going, if I needed anything then asked my boyfriend the same thing! She was such a doll baby, so friendly even cra ked some jokes for us! She was a blessing to be around.
