Horrible place, my wife was there several years ago to recuperate from bed wounds on the base of her back and on each hip. She was released from Select Specialty and her wounds were healing good. Well, she was totally screwed up at the Pavilion after she got there. The nurse didn't know how to do a wound vac, they left her in soiled depends and her wounds got extremely worse due to their incompetence. I was a patient there and my experience there definitely wasn't a pleasant one to say the least!!! I remember sitting on a bed pan for hours at a time, hitting the call light and waiting for over 2 hours for anyone to come for assistance and was there over 2 months before I ever saw the shower??? The staff is beyond rude at times and the place is extremely dirty!!! How they are able to stay open is baffling to me to be honest!!! I'm currently a patient here and everything is really good. The care from the aids are excellent and the Nursing staff is great . The kitchen isn't no 5 star restaurant but it's doable. Respiratory is fabulous that's why I'm here respiratory and physical therapy. Fantastic. Thank U for your time Tina Strine

There is never enough help there. On the weekends there is only a few cars in the parking lot.

My wife was here and from the moment I met Vanessa clark, I felt an incredible sense of comfort and care.
