The ladies that work here are phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Methodist Germantown. I want to thank Courtney, Miranda, Skylar, Elizabeth, and Amanda for helping me deliver my son and having wonderful bedside manners. That and doctor Coleman who took the time to fully explain epidurals and spinals so that I was comfortable. It genuinely seems like they care about their patients here.
Called all day on a Sunday to try and get someone to tell my mom to call me. She’s elderly and gets confused easily with a cell phone. Unbelievable. Been up there every day for a week and was gonna rest this one day. Looks like I’m driving 1 1/2 hours one way just to say hi and check in on her,
Great staff during the day, but the night staff needs to work on answering and taking care of the needs of the patients better. The cleaning crew need to do a better job at cleaning the rooms.
Was scheduled for my induction on 03/24/25 & I want to thank EVERY one that was apart of the process. Even during shift changes with different nurses no one skipped a beat until we were discharged. Leaving my review on google cause reading the other reviews had me nervous beforehand.
