Was scheduled for an induction at 8pm. It’s currently 11pm and still in the waiting room. No updates or anything. Why schedule for 8am if there won’t be anything ready until the next day….? Make it make sense. If insurance coverage offered alternatives, I’d look elsewhere.
I wish I could rate it 0 STARS!!! My experience SUCKED!!!! The nurses I had the first day was great! Michaela, Roxanna, Tiffany & Megan was AWESOME!!! The ones I had after that SUCKED, especially the night time nurses!!! I had to call for meds overnight for at least an hr before someone came in gave me my pain meds. When my baby and I received our discharge papers. I started cleaning up and getting things together. The nurse Ashley told me to call when I was ready because they were going to wheel me down. The ladies that work here are phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Methodist Germantown. I want to thank Courtney, Miranda, Skylar, Elizabeth, and Amanda for helping me deliver my son and having wonderful bedside manners. That and doctor Coleman who took the time to fully explain epidurals and spinals so that I was comfortable. It genuinely seems like they care about their patients here.
Called all day on a Sunday to try and get someone to tell my mom to call me. She’s elderly and gets confused easily with a cell phone. Unbelievable. Been up there every day for a week and was gonna rest this one day. Looks like I’m driving 1 1/2 hours one way just to say hi and check in on her,
