I was employed as a Sales & Marketing Manager under Mosaic Management at The Pavilion of El Dorado Hills. I made aware my current family emergency before my start date.My role was not categorized as in-house, and i was tolx i would recieve training out of state. Therfore, being in the office or at my dads bedside, I chose to be with my Dad. I chose the Pavilion at El Dorado Hills for my sister 2 years ago because it was specifically for memory care patients. I continue to feel I made the right choice. The staff is caring and keeps me updated on her progress and needs.
