I don’t know what has happened recently but I began to regret moving here. The management can’t be less helpful.
Donna Hickey is the most unprofessional, insufferable general manager I have ever encountered. She praises herself in consulting, coaching, and being a highly regarded property manager, but does not practice what she preaches. She is snappy, condescending, rude, raises her voice and treats her tenants with hostility. I did not once raise my voice at her or treat her rudely in any aspect.
