This apartment has old dirty carpet in the hallway. Ceilings have leaks. Roaches and other bugs are present no matter how much cleaning you do. Response is very slow. Mold on the vents . It needs major renovation. They always have issues with water. Shutting water supply. The air conditioning is controlled by management. So it’s very hot in the summer. They are quick to turn the heater on even when it’s still hot. Manager is always in a meeting avoiding tenants.

My honest review after living here for 2 years. Horrible horrible experience. I would do negative stars if I could. Never have I felt stressful living in my own home. This is a long but informative review and urge anyone considering the pavilion to read this. They are charging over 1700 for a one bed room apartment for an old building with popcorn ceilings, no granite countertops, roaches and black mold everywhere.
