We were flooded five times; staff came to clean up on two occasions, but after that, they didn't even bother showing up—we had to clean up the remaining three times ourselves. No one offered an apology, even though our furniture and personal belongings were damaged. Due to the language barrier, the managers treat us unpleasantly and refuse to provide clear explanations—and I won't even get into the other issues. Great place, great location. Hard to beat. One of the best feature rich places in area! Fitness,two pools indoor and outdoor & sauna, cafe and convenience store Great parking and a public transit bus can pick you up at the entrance. Just a little high price for fixed income person like me, but worth the struggle. Great place to stay the rest of my life!
Well maintained community, good amenities and excellent connectivity to downtown
Absolutely terrible experience living here. We’ve had ongoing maintenance issues that are either poorly handled or not handled at all. There has been a persistent roach problem even after treatment was supposedly completed, which is unacceptable. On top of that, multiple maintenance requests have been marked as “completed” when no actual work was done. The toilet near the entry still doesn’t flush, and a ceiling leak by the balcony door was “fixed” by simply putting caulking over it instead of addressing the root issue. The ... read more
