If you planning to live with your family this is absolutely not a place to live! Not sure why they are charging ridiculous amount of rent for this old of a building. They don’t remove trash on time although they charge $10/month for trash fee. (Some days the chute would just get filled completely). There are inspects and bugs all the time. They don’t even care to clear the snow on time during winters.
The pavilion is absolutely terrible to be at don't consider looking for this apartment especially the management including Vanessa I can see why it has bad reviews, Do BETTER.
