I just wanna give a huge thanks to Tina. She made sure our whole process went smoothly. She took her time explaining everything and gave us a detailed tour so we made sure we picked the right apartment. We also toured all the amenities so we knew where everything was located. She also made sure to explain the difference in the prices do we could stay within our budget. Looking for new apartments in this economy is stressful in it self so I really appreciate her taking her time with us.
I went today for outdoor pool with my daughter she was wearing special diapers for the pool and swim suites , and I’m living this place 3 years and the security lady who was seating there she came to me and she said not allowed to swim for the kids who is wearing diapers, and she did only to me ! We are going because of purple kids there and she said go take your baby and go out ! She was so roods, she did rasim to me ! Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The apartment has had an ongoing cockroach infestation despite multiple complaints and pest control visits. I have also experienced dirty water and maintenance issues, including damage to the ceiling. I reported these problems to management several times, but they have not been permanently resolved. I hope the property addresses these issues so future residents can have a better experience.
I’ve lived here for almost a month now, so I feel like I can give a fair first impression. Overall, I think this community has a lot of potential. From what I understand, there is new ownership, and they’ve already shown they’re making an effort to improve the property. I love my renovated unit, everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind, I appreciate the cultural diversity, and it’s surprisingly quiet considering the size of the complex.
