I’ve been dealing with repeated A/C failures every 2 weeks, even in 90–100°F weather. The staff doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing—they just keep sending emails with excuses but take no real action. No urgency, no accountability. For the rent we’re paying, this is unacceptable. Basic comfort and maintenance should not be a constant battle,Think twice before signing a lease here unless these issues are addressed seriously.
They don’t think about their tenants with kids and made fireworks in 11 pm and we don’t know long it will last
I have lived here for two months now, and I am not a fan. This building has a serious cockroach problem that I have never had to deal with in any of my previous places, which is incredibly disappointing. The pest control visits keep getting canceled and they don't even tell you, after I spent half of a day moving all of my furniture away from the walls and emptying my cabinets. The appointments with Orkin are scheduled by maintenance who you can't speak with, because management refuses to give any phone number for them. They... read more
Worse place to live. Bugs mold. And they refuse to give you anything new rude staff. Would not recommend moving here
