Mohammad at the leasing office was very polite and gave me a nice tour to the studio and a single bedroom apartment. The pavilion apartments has got plenty of nice accommodation options available which was good to see.
Living here has been a remarkable journey, especially since the management overhaul six years ago. The positive changes have truly enhanced our community. The new fitness facility, complete with a dedicated yoga and spin room, has made it easier for residents to prioritize their health and well-being. I lived at The Pavilion, and the experience was disappointing. I had asked for a six-month lease, but due to an oversight on my part, I ended up with a seven-month lease ( I feel cheated) , which felt misleading. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to discuss breaking the lease. The apartment itself had several issues—hallways often smelled, and the window blinds kept falling. The community is really great – the location is perfect, and the neighborhood has a nice vibe, but unfortunately, the management is a major downside. I’ve had a few experiences with them, but the one that stands out the most was when I went to the management office to ask renewal questions. Instead of being treated with respect, I was met with a rude attitude.
