Whatever you do do NOT live here. I've lived here for 11 months now. Why don't I start with the roaches and rats and failure to meet routine maintenance requests for up to a months time. Elevators never work. Laundry room machines will fail and not give you your money back. I've tried to negotiate a buyout due to financial struggles and in turn they're charging me an additional two months rent for failure to give notice to vacate even though they never gave me notice too.
