We needed a backyard “makeover” to address several issues. Contacted several landscape businesses. We needed ideas! Some wanted us to give them a plan; others wanted a fee ($500-$1500) to come up with a plan; and still others wouldn’t let us see their plan until we had agreed to hire them. We used the Paver Company for our project. Overall the work that was completed was mostly adequate. Before starting the work, it was pushed back within 24 hours of the start date three times with very little communication. Once complete, the turf is in need of some touch ups that were promised. However, as soon as they had the final check they have ignored all my calls. Additionally, they did not clean up their mess. Our street was left with dirt, nails, cigarettes, and oil stains. I contacted The Paver Company in October of 2025 to get a quote to have them install artificial turf, a paver patio and a new driveway. worked with Ken to get a quote for the overall project. I had quotes from two other companies and decided to go with The Paver Company. Because the City was planning on tearing up my street to update some underground utilities, Ken made sure we had all the financing in place but we delayed starting the project until the utility work was done.
