Highly unprofessional and you cannot get ahold of anyone
Constantly violating the do not call list with their spam calls.. does not remotely appear to be a legitmate orgnization with shady communication practices.
they’re over Tall Timbers in Euless but oddly enough, they’re just as lazy as management. Spoke to Eva who claimed that a smoking and noise violation reminder would be posted on every door 24-48 hrs after our call. Exactly 1 reminder was posted (on my door) as if they did something. all while being captured by a ring camera. but with management being lazy and having no shame, i expect nothing more from corporate. nobody communicates or follows up with you about anything. they go above and beyond to be petty and combative vs ... read more
CONTRACTORS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PROPERTIES THEY MANAGE!!! BEWARE; they hire shady contractors that do not pay for the work done on their properties, my company is out over $75,000. The worst part about it is they are aware of the situation yet do nothing to remedy it. They still do business with the shady contractor (Steve Hicks with Black Diamond custom renovations) Paul’s corp is aware that Steve Hicks is breaking their contract but does not care!!!
these guys manage my apt property in dallas. needless to say the price of rent there is not reflected in the condition of the property or its amenities whatsoever. also, the security gates/doors are broken most of the time for well over a year now. UPDATE (6 months later) no changes 🤦🏻♂️ the gates and doors that were broken are STILL broken simply unacceptable
