Great service and location. A little traffic noise.
Absolutely the best location. Everything is within a short walking distance. The Pier and beach are easily accessible via the trolley which was only 2 blocks away. My wife and I stayed for a weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Patriots Boutique Motel. It was simple, unfussy, and so very laid back. It was exactly what we needed. Great budget stop in a beautiful location. Restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. Rooms didn't have a coffee machine. There is a bagel store next door so that helps. TV is a roku but there is no roku remote so you cant watch Netflix on the TV. Doors don't have a dead bolt so that felt a little weird, but the town seems pretty safe. Other than that all good. Would go back again and would def stay here again.
