I would like to highly recommend Jim and his team from “The Patio Room Factory”. My wife and I met Jim at a home improvement show at the fairground’s, and from there was the beginning of a family type relationship. For decades we have been trying different types of patio covers , unfortunately they all would leak water at the edges and seams.We were told to try Patio Room Factory and to talk to Jim (owner). He can out to our house, looked at what we had, listened to our desires, made experienced suggestions. He was able to provide exactly what we needed. We had PRF install a roof over our patio that is about 16 feet by 22 feet. Other contractors were a little hesitant to quote because of the size. Jim from PRF came out and gave us a couple of options. As it turned out the option we went with was exactly what we wanted. Jim, Chris, Steve and Mike did an excellent job with the installation. I very highly recommend this group.
