Terrible company. They finally delivered on the patio installation but not after months of chasing them up. They asked for many different payments that we had to continuously correct for them. The have someone come and install the patios and then told us to pay him cash to install. None of this was mentioned prior to signing up with them. The installer left concrete powder everywhere so now we have concrete on new liquid limestone and the pool fence and around the pool area. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with The Patio Factory. From the very start, the job was handled poorly – incorrect quoting (I was charged extra for a weather shield infill panel that should have been included), wrong materials supplied, delivery delays (including to the wrong address), poor communication, and very low-quality workmanship. The installation itself was terrible: • Scratches all over surfaces • Flashings not straight • Screws smashed in so rubber seals were damaged • Poorly cut notches • Tape mar... read more
Had an extension done to our alfresco and also a patio done over the laundry. It is a long process, but they took care of all the approvals etc. And really pleased with the end product. It looks really good. Would definitely recommend.
