Among the good patio manufacturers, this team is outstanding. My personal experience with this team is 99% satisfaction.Because nothing is perfect on this planet.
Very disappointed with the lack of communication. I had someone from the Patio factory come out to my house twice to measure and quote for a new patio — the first visit was all the way back in March. Since then, I have requested the quote twice and still have not received anything. I sent a follow-up email last Wednesday and have yet to hear back. It’s extremely frustrating to be left waiting for so long with no updates. Very unprofessional experience and such a waste of everyone’s time.
The Patio Factory Staff in the Design department really know there stuff as they have many years of experience in the industry. I am told I have used these guys for all my family & friends patios over the years and have never been let down on there quality of workmanship from sales to fabrication to the Patio designers that were so helpful in all the question I had about the patios. Even the contractors they use to put there products up are pleasant and know there stuff also. Jen & Steve

New owners of this company methinks, as none of the names previously mentioned are who I dealt with. The tradie who put up the patio did a good job, but he was the most aggressive, frightening, unprofessional person. His swearing and throwing of ladders and equipment in frustration of not having anyone to help him over the course of three days ended up with me being so afraid that I locked all the doors and left my property.
