I was an employee at this establishment it's NOT a good place to work for fraudulent activities going on. I was given a patient who was NOT as handicap as she stated to the State of Ohio I've turned in videos and recordings to prove my statements to the State of Ohio. Also I paid the client for a day off for my son's appointment she let her mom claim the day then the office lady Angie made like I was lying and did something wrong but I explained to them that I have videos and audio she Angie did not care.
