Lyn was a little intense but seriously knows her stuff! I did her course in 2023 and her method and tricks has definitely helped me become very confident at taking bloods. I did another course through work, but so thankful I did Lyn’s course too. The attention to detail in her content, doesn’t compare to anywhere else. If you are wanting to become a confident blood collector and don’t mind a little intensity, then I definitely recommend her course.

Had a wonderful time learning from Lyn. She is friendly and dedicated to her students. She has years of experience and has great advice and knowledge about venipuncture techniques. Also she has a great set-up (apparatus) for practical based learning. I found the session extremely beneficial and deeply appreciate her efforts to create a comfortable environment for students to improve their skills.

I enrolled into the course to perfect my venipuncture technique. Lynn provided the information and feedback I needed to fulfill this goal. However, the way Lynn spoke to both myself and the other attendees, was at times inappropriate and unprofessional. Without a doubt, Lynn knows her stuff, but would benefit from teaching the content of the course without wasting time bitching about the healthcare industry and it's failings. Rubbish course, I do not recommend it at all. Unprofessional, patronising, arrogant. The educator doing the “course” in the living room of her St Kilda appartment. To train on two old mannequin arms, where you can see where to take blood from the old needle marks. I did this „course“ during covid and feel ripped off. I paid heaps of money and was the only participant. Three years after still feel bitter, as lost time, money and learnt nothing. The lady made me feel like a fool as well. And

I came to Lyn after completing the diploma of nursing and now studying the bachelor. I really just wanted to build my confidence and have a refresher of Venepuncture and that’s exactly what I got if not more. It exceeded all expectations and I learnt a whole lot of new information I was lacking with all the tips and tricks. I feel confident enough now to go out into the real world and start taking blood! Thank you Lyn !!
