Had a great experience at Pathfinder earlier this week! Took my son's bike in, fully expecting to leave it there for repair. Instead, they spent 10 minutes on it and we were good to go. Excellent customer service!!!
I have always liked this place. Friendly Staff with knowledge of what they sell in the store. We try to get in a visit when we are back in town.
I am currently in Peru and hiked the Inca Trail tho Macchu Picchu. I was on a work assignment in Manhattan prior to this vacation, so I bought my hiking shoes, socks, liners, sleeping bag, therma rest pad, and Tilley hat all at Pathfinder. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and can often call you by name after just one visit. All the gear I bought worked out beautifully for this trip. Couldn't be happier.
