I was curious about brain spotting as a way to supplement some other efforts I've under taken to get off of a few psychiatric meds I've taken for 30+ years. All I can say is that IT WORKS! Scott has been a great person to work with and I can't recommend him or the process highly enough. Believe it or not, there is a way to heal oneself without taking medication your entire life.
I've been working with Mallory for a few months now and it has been such a life changing experience. I initially came to this practice for my PMDD after failing to find anyone that understood what that is let alone how to live with it. Since then my eyes have been opened to so much more and I am finally taking control of my life again and am feeling better than I have in a long time. Highly recommend!
I have had several brain spotting sessions that have been incredibly beneficial for both emotional and physical relief. Highly recommended.
