Very unprofessional. He will never meet deadlines, full of excuses, not trustworthy, actual solar panel salesman who moonlights as an attorney.
So far so good. Asher is clearly living in the Matrix, it doesn't matter how a patent attorney dresses or accepts payment. His career is based on new ideas and Asher's ideas likely lacked originality.
Phil has done outstanding work on my patents for many years. His experience and knowledge on software patents, computer and storage technology makes a huge difference in drafting patents, working through office actions and finally getting the patent issued.
