100% impressed with the reliability of snow clearing. I highly recommend for the Cumberland area. Was nervous to change and will never look back. Exceptional service
Service has gone downhill.. Won't even answer emails about concerns about the quality of their work...
Poor service/ unreliable people. A gentleman came by my house and gave me a quote for my driveway which I accepted. Noone ever called to schedule the job nor returned my several voicemails to schedule it myself. Can't imagine the service if I had a problem after work was done if this is the experience.
I had them pave my driveway 3 years ago. It had waves in it and true to their warranty, they repaved it. The next year, cracks appeared, and again, they fixed the cracks. This yrear, more cracking. I have to assume the base was is not up to par. When I reported the problem, I was told they would look at it. I was given a date that they would show up but they cancelled 2 days before the date, promising to set a new date. Since then they do not respond to my emails or answer the phone. I am being ghosted.
