I love The Pasta Truck!!! Such a fun and unique concept for a food truck. I've tried their pesto pasta, vodka pasta, and cacio e pepe pasta and each one was delicious! I've recommended them to many people for catering and will continue to do so.

I don’t think I’ve ever gone out of my way to post a bad review but this is well deserved. This was genuinely the worst pasta I’ve ever had in my life. It looked delicious so I was shocked at how disgusting it was. For $18 you get mushy pasta that tastes like glue. I think they spent more time and money on the box it came in than the actual pasta itself. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog, it immediately went in the trash.
