Here we go! FANTASTIC food. We hired the pasta truck for our wedding reception meal, and everyone raved about Vince’s food and presentation. HOWEVER, 4/5 stars for 2 pretty big reasons. 1.) we explicitly asked for Gf option as we had many Gf guests. We had this in writing in our email thread and day of there was no GF pasta. I love The Pasta Truck!!! Such a fun and unique concept for a food truck. I've tried their pesto pasta, vodka pasta, and cacio e pepe pasta and each one was delicious! I've recommended them to many people for catering and will continue to do so.

I don’t think I’ve ever gone out of my way to post a bad review but this is well deserved. This was genuinely the worst pasta I’ve ever had in my life. It looked delicious so I was shocked at how disgusting it was. For $18 you get mushy pasta that tastes like glue. I think they spent more time and money on the box it came in than the actual pasta itself. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog, it immediately went in the trash.
