Absolutely. Yes. Stellar communication with office and techs throughout the entire job and beyond. Seamless UX with the scheduling followed by the tech real time arrival map, and billing interface. Five stars plus in all arenas. Issues and installs happen with experience, expertise, clear communication for the layman, and the deepest respect for the old school service principles. The Passionate Plumber provided an incredible experience and this is NOT the first time I've used them - they are my "go to" plumber! They arrived promptly and quickly - diagnosed the issues immediately. The problem was explained clearly, and a detailed estimate for the repair was provided. The work was completed efficiently, and the workspace was left clean.
