I've used these guys before and not sure why l've never left a review, but I should have. These guys are fabulous... always on time, always polite, always know what they're doing, always transparent on pricing, just good all around and how all plumbing companies should aspire to be. I had an exceptional experience with Passionate Plumbing. I called after hours and immediately received a friendly, helpful call back from Cierra. She made sure she fully understood the problem and scheduled someone right away, which was especially important for one of our rental properties. Andrew was right on time. We knew we had a leak in 2nd bathroom. Right away he figured out where the leak was, capped the leak so that we could restore water to the rest of the house and recommended a great contractor for a remodel. Thank you!! I highly recommend Passionate Plumber!!!
Great service. I had a good experience. Replaced internal parts on 2 toilets. Gave me quick diagnosis and pricing to repair which was pretty reasonable. They also came out within 1/2 days of my calling before a holiday.
Outstanding! They were excellent from start to finish. Identified the leak location and then provided a few different options. Ultimately did a repipe and their work was clean, organized, and timely. I’ve used a number of plumbers over the years, who service San Clemente, and these guys were hands down the best. I highly recommend them…Chris
