Horrible service. I had used them once before to publish my FBN without any issue. The last time, however, I had paid the fee, they accepted the request and then completely forgot to publish my listing. I didn't catch the oversight until much later, so I had to register my FBN all over again. The managing editor at the time (Ruth) was rude and indifferent about the whole matter. I would never use them again.
