Highly recommended! Received great customer service from Claire recently! I had purchased an Oasis insulated drink bottle that arrived damaged through the post & Claire responded immediately & went above & beyond to sort it out! The colour I purchased was no longer available in the same size & so Claire upgraded the replacement to the next size up in the same colour for the inconvenience without hesitation! She made sure it was packed with extra packaging & protection. Her friendly & helpful attitude was greatly appreciated!... read more
