When I 1st came in on 8/8, I was greeted and treated kindly and placed an order for tablecloths, napkins, etc. as well as a balloon order for my sons wedding rehearsal on 8/10. The morning of the rehearsal it was 105 degrees and I called Diana about my concerns regarding picking up the balloons.
