We've been in here a couple of times, the owners (husband and wife) have always been very friendly, professional and kind. The store is always clean. Last month, I was in desperate need of some balloons last min. I was coming from the other side of town, called the store, explained my situation that I would be a few mins late. And to which I was. The owner could of refused me, but she took care of what I needed. And I appreciate that so much!
Nice spirit filled shop for party supplies. The staff was pleasant and understood just what I needed. Thank you💕
the lady who i believe is the owner was super rude and disrespectful on the day i dropped of the chairs, i did not appreciate how she handled me and we will not be back here again, i myself own a small business so i know the work behind it but there’s no reason to be disrespectful to someone
The girls working didn't want to work- as I walked in one says "if I wasn't blowing these up I would've locked the door" mind you it was 3 hrs from closing . The place also lacks options as far as supplies.
Never knew that this place existed in Burtonsville! Fantastic service just when and where I needed it!
