I came in with a legitimate concern after my balloons lasted only two days, despite being told they would last for several weeks. The staff member with blonde hair and blue and pink nails was extremely disrespectful during my visit. Rather than listening to or acknowledging my frustration, she was dismissive, patronizing, and made me feel as though my concerns were being brushed aside. I ordered helium foil balloons over the phone and they were delivered to the local hospital almost immediately, and for a very reasonable delivery fee. Impressive customer service, thank you for making a young child’s day!
They sure have a lot of things you need for a good party. Very helpful and nice to deal with.
