I came in at the last minute, on the way to my moms surprise 80th birthday celebration to get some gold / confetti balloons and was so happy I did. The young lady & (I think her son) were amazing. i explained what I was in need of and they helped me with everything. The bouquet of balloons, confetti and banners that I bought were "PERFECT". Reviews This is one of the most AWFUL stores I have ever been in RUDE staff even the manager !!! When I think how wonderful Party City is compared to this Mickey Mouse company there is NO comparison . I bought a Snow White costume for my grandaughter recently ,they only had size 8-10 and I wanted a size 4-6 I was assured by the salesgirl that this company ran small and it would fit however it did not in fact it ran HUGE !!! The Party exchange is a great place to shop for party things. The staff are nice and helpful. I want to thank a young lady her name is Pam at the Orange City Fl location. for all her help on Friday Sept 16 . I was trying to do my granny duties and piece together a costume for the grandson. They have a big selection . I go there every thing I'm in the area.
I can't believe how helpful the sales people where! I was in a rush looking for last minute accessories for my sons costume for a play and the sales lady called her other stores to locate something they were out of and had it delivered that afternoon! Who does that?? Thank you The Party Exchange I will be back!
