I rented a large table and 30+ chairs for my sons birthday party in May 2011. I got a call today (December 2011), 7months later, that went to voicemail. I listened to a voicemail that stated I did not bring their merchandise back and they are in the process of sending it to collections. I promptly called back to see what was going on. The Party Connection has been great! Over the years, our church has rented a number of things from Party Connection to host a free kids fair during the summer. Every year the service comes with a smile and everything is well prepared and ready to go. They have everything from canopies, costumes, popcorn and snow cone machines. Highly recommended!
