Great variety of parts to buy as well as a lot in stock. Delivery was fast and quick and questions were answered fast. However, their customer service on refunds on items are very poor. I bought a radiator that did not fit and they voided my return as it was "not in saleable" condition as I threw away the box. the radiator hasn't been installed yet and was still in the packaging, wrapped up. I don't know how you guys doing it, but I received a new radiator for a bargain price, brought to the closest pick-up location next day. Just installed radiator and is fully functional and no leaks. Cheers
I had a disappointing experience here. They refused to acknowledge a mistake would not supply a return label. Their listing and image was of the item in black. The listing did not state chrome in title or description and the picture appeared as black and then it took weeks to process my return after multiple reminders. The customer service was poor. I recommend purchasing your auto parts elsewhere. They may have saved $5 on a return label. But I would never shop here again.
