The Parts House on Clear lake in Cocoa is hands down the best for parts!!! Great people that are very knowledgeable and attentive. Couldn't ask for a better place to take care of what you need!!! Terrible customer service. We buy 90% of our parts from TPH and they do nothing about fixing their errors. Do not recommend them as a vendor at all.
I went here for brake pads. I had a miscommunication with the young gentleman working and ended up getting the wrong size pads. When I went back to exchange them obviously a little stressed, He realized he didn’t have my size in stock so then not only did he call another place to find me the right size, he also got them to give me a discount which was just above and beyond! This was absolutely amazing customer service and employees like this are hard to find these days! Thank you!!
