PARRISH KAUAI COLLECTIONS, STAY AWAY! We were gaslit, treated poorly and punished! We will NEVER STAY at any of their properties. UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their “ALOHA SPIRIT” is NON-EXISTENT. They had our money, there was no other condos available so we were literally backed into a corner. BUYER BEWARE!! Reserving a unit from Parrish might cost you more than you expected. Please know that you can be bumped from your reservation if the owner wants the property the exact same time as you. I realize this caution was in the property agreement; however, the agreement also states that “our best efforts will be made to move you to a comparable property”. In my case, no “comparable” property was offered. We reserved #44, a penthouse. There are only 4 penthouses at Poipu Kapili and the other 3 were apparently n... read more
