1 star. I have refrained from writing this for quite sometime but the move out statement I just received was the final straw. After living here for 18 months I can tell you that of all the times I have tried to call the front desk, which is numerous, I have gotten a live person to speak to me, during business hours maybe 4 times???? The hallways and staircases are gross and perpetually dirty, no one follows the trash rules and the floors are littered with old trash and 'juices.' We've been living here for about six months now, and we absolutely love it! The maintenance team has been outstanding. When a storm knocked out our AC and the heat caused our door lock to stick, they responded quickly and took care of everything. Their service has been excellent!
Hey my experience with visiting the property was very convincing the staff there was amazing I believe her name is Ashley she’s so sweet and shows concern with every question answered with no hesitation an as we proceeded a walk thru it smelled amazing an mos definitely considering the big move
This is such a beautiful property! I am happy to become a resident here soon. I toured with Ashley who was very nice so sweet and passionate about the property. Ashley gave me and my friend some great advice on moving tips and made our decision as a first time leasers so smooth. We are now so excited to move after touring the property Thank you so much for all your help and advice Ashley.
