I just moved here because they told me “first month of rent is free.” They said in order to get that, you need to sign a 14 month lease, so I did. Turns out, they lied. I just found out that the deal was only for free rent for the end of the month, which the month was already halfway through. Why would anyone sign a 14 month lease unless there is a quality deal? Don’t live here. Wish I didn’t.

If you are considering renting here, please consider the following. After renting here for a year, and dealing with average to subpar maintenance support, one tenant received a bill for $572. $410 were for cleaning fees, and the rest was listed as “sewer”. I can attest that the apartment was cleaned when she left, which included pictures. It was certainly cleaned better than any tenancy after I left it. If you are someone who would be pushing your budget to live here, be careful.
New management & still worthless. Their system rejects our deposit every month & they charge us a late fee every month & we have to argue with them every month & the ever-so-useless office staff sends us to other people who don't help - every month. They have NOT refunded the charges from when this happened in the past & they still make it a headache every month. And that's when you can find someone in the office.
