The parq apartments are somewhat nice, however the finishes lose their appeal when you see paint splotches all over the new floors. It just shows the poor quality. The biggest issue we’ve had, though we are here temporarily, is the staff. We’ve had extremely noisy neighbors, who bang around as if they’re dropping heavy boxes to the floor; the ceiling shakes when they do this. So, in the ongoing saga of crappy management. There was a terrible storm blowing through - heavy rain, strong winds, possible tornadoes. The Parq could have made garage space available for those who might want to protect their cars. Instead they send out notices that no short term rentals are allowed; that if you rent for a month, you have to give one month's notice to get out as a contract.; & that they would tow any cars in the crash that didn't belong there.
