It's been a great 4 or 5 months so far, the apartment is great. The amenities are great and the gym is awesome. So glad we selected Parq. We have requested assistance from maintenance a couple of times and the response time and solutions have been fast and effective.
This apartment complex offers excellent value for the price and amenities. I recently moved here from the city and had a smooth move-in experience. Everything was in great condition and the unit even smelled brand new. Payton has been incredibly helpful throughout the process, always responding quickly to any questions we had. When a lightbulb went out on our second day, maintenance came by the very next day to take care of it. If you want to get overly taxed for a fake luxury apartment this is where you need to be AC breaks every month during the summer for weeks at a time the maintenance team is comical like they found these guys at a home depot parking lot the management and office are absolutely clueless quick to try to fine you over nothing the only person i can leave a positive review on is Tony
