The new team at The Parq at Chesterfield is attentive, prompt with maintenance issue repairs and updates. Marc, the Maintenance Supervisor, has been terrific with all aspects, timely repairs and is working hard to making the Parq look new and attractive to both current and future residents. We very much appreciate Marc and his team.
The maintenance crew is awesome. My AC stopped working and I submitted a ticket at 3:45pm. Mark was up here by 3:55 and had the AC running by 4:00pm.

Maintenance here is amazing. Literally put the work order in yesterday and they fixed it today! Like cannot believe how fast it was!
The maintenance team is great! They always resolve any issue we may have (AC, dryer). Great guys! This is a beautiful and very valuable piece of property. Like others good tenants, we plan to leave. I hope the front desk staff learn the value of customer service, appreciation, and hospitality.
