Placed an order and mistakenly and unknowingly gave the wrong delivery address. Was immediately issued a refund without explanation. However, when I called to inquire about the refund, they were seemingly inconvenienced by my request to place an order over the phone. The lady was curt and lacking in customer service skills.
Absolutely stunning arrangement. The red roses, carnations, and berries were vibrant and full, and everything lasted almost two weeks. On top of that, the delivery was incredibly fast. I placed my order at 11:25 AM and it was on my doorstep by 11:58 AM. Couldn't be happier.
The floral arrangement done by this florist far exceeded my expectation. I called and explained what I needed as I didn’t have an example. The arrangement is outstanding. Highly recommend using this florist.
The Parma Flower Shop did my wedding flowers and I absolutely LOVED them! The bridesmaids had sprayed coral and pacific blue hydrangeas, roses, and ranunculus. The colors were STUNNING and so many guests commented on how beautiful they were! I had a cascading bouquet of cream and blush roses, which turned out exactly how I imagined it! Prices were more than fair. Thank you to Alan, Laura, and Renee for all of your work!
