Horribly disappointed in our takeout experience. The chicken in our chicken parm was over cooked, the garlic broccoli was complete mush, and the rolls were under-baked. Sadly, we won't be going there again.
RecommendedI placed an order thru Doordash and what started as a less than desirable experience with the driver..ended on a positive note after I spoke with the restaurant directly. Not only did they remake the food so it would he hot an fresh when doordash finally arrived...they had excellent customer service, was extremely helpful and understanding. Also, the food was amazing!! thanks again, and I will be ordering directly from the restaurant from now on! :)
