Would not recommend the hair stylists. They say rude things 5 feet away like no one can hear them, make customers sign a contract before getting service, and act like petty junior high schoolers. 2 stars due to nail tech was nice and professional.
I got my hair cut by megan.. she was complety incompetant and careless.. did what she wanted and didnt listen.. i wouldnt recomend seeing her.. completly incompetant2
I went to go, treat myself to extensions by Megan. at first everything was fine but by day five I was in excruciating pain that just was building from the extensions a friend who does hair saw that they were in properly installed way too close to my scalp, and because of this a few extensions as shown in the photo got ripped out of my hair from me just running my fingers through it decided instead of risking, losing a lot more hair to take them all out they will not do any sort of refund and do not care I would not recommend... read more
I just moved here and based on the reviews, I booked an appointment. My hairdresser was nice and did a good job. However, the salon continually tried to bait and switch me. I will not be back.
I switched to this salon last year and wow — am I so glad I did! Aside from constantly being pleased with how my hair turns out (shout out to Rachel), the atmosphere of this salon is really welcoming + inviting. It’s clear that the team here truly cares about their clients, as they were all friendly, approachable, and eager to make sure you feel comfortable + relaxed.
