Just picked up my first order. Jalapeños were on the pizza. I did not order any jalapeños. Also, we were told no pasta orders, they only make pasta when they are not busy. Not a good first time experience.
I recently stopped by The Parlor Pizzeria, and after my first visit, I can confidently say I'll be coming back. I ordered the Nonna Bella, made with their freshly prepared dough that's fermented for 72 hours and pan baked with freshly shredded Italian style mozzarella, stracciatella, cupping pepperoni, and finished with hot honey. The pizza here is mediocre at best, and the service is terrible. They messed up my order from the start, making me wait 45 minutes. When I got to my car, I realized they forgot the pepperoni. I went back inside and asked for a refund, but the worker insisted he could remake it in "a couple of minutes." Instead, I waited another 30 minutes while the guy stayed completely out of view so I couldn't even ask for my money back.
