Excellent experience and lovely way to spend an hour or so in Bath. Delicious oysters with a great wine flight.
A group of friends and I had such a great time at The Parlor. With only four seats, it feels less like “going out” and more like being invited into a really special experience. Knowledgeable staff, thoughtful pairings between the wine and local maine oysters, and themes throughout the tastinga that tie into the history of our region. Awesome experience.
This was an incredible experience! The space is elegant and warm without being pretentious. The seating area is intimate, and allows for full appreciation of the delicious rotation of different oysters and wines. The most unique aspect of the evening was having access to Virginia, whose knowledge of oysters, and the oysterwomen/oystermen, is profound and authentic. We will become regulars here!
