If you have the chance to stop here for a tasting, absolutely do it! It was so much fun, so welcoming, and a great learning experience. Addison was so knowledgeable and down to earth. We had an amazing time!
Such an amazing experience. What a great way to truly experience an oyster. Virginia is so knowledgeable and happy to share her love for oysters. Cannot recommend enough!
I absolutely love this place! The oysters were fresh, the wine was unique and the service was amazing! Oh and chef kiss to that focaccia! Such a hidden gem in Bath. Definitely visit if you are in the area especially since it's the smallest oyster bar in Maine!
We had an amazing experience at The Parlor with Virginia. It was the first thing we did on our trip and ended up being the highlight of our entire time in Maine. The oysters and wine pairings were stellar but more important was the experience. Virginia knows so much about the oysters, the owners of the farms, and the science behind the oyster industry. We visited this very special place earlier this month and WOW, what an unforgettable experience. Virginia and Andy were knowledgeable, kind, and a lot of fun! My son tried his first oyster after a “cheers” with Andy and loved it. The food, the wine pairings, the space in Bath, and yes, the focaccia - created such a memorable experience. What a delightful afternoon!
