Update: I went in to the office on 2/26/26 to get a copy of my lease and the status of my work orders and the landlord threatened to terminate my lease. I will be filing a complaint with the Chicago Public housing authority because the big mice holes that are in my apartment were already reported and someone dismissed them out of the system as resolved.
