Above and beyond service. I brought my car in with a seized engine. They informed me that it would fall under a recall when they checked my vehicles VIN. Saved me $8000 on replacing engine. Trustworthy and reliable establishment!
Last April (I'm doing my taxes and realize I forgot to review), I brought my car in for repair. They noted a coolant leak and that the car could cost $8K in repairs over the next year. Their advice was that it wouldn't be a worthy investment, and it might be time to trade in with a dealer. There is no better way for a mechanic to be trustworthy than to turn away 8K's worth of revenue, as it was not in the client's best interest. Thank you, Parkway Crew!
