Garbage company just took over today and literally waited till the day before rent is due to shut down all payment portals to completely inconvenience everyone. And apparently rent is going up too despite nothing here of value and nothing added to make rent worth more.
I just moved into these apartments a few days ago and couldn’t be happier!! the property is beautiful and well kept and the leasing team is amazing!! Zoila has been extremely helpful with everything, makes sure to keep us updated, has the best attitude and made the entire process wonderful! :)
My husband and I lived here for two years, and we absolutely loved it! The staff was always very friendly and professional, maintenance requests were addressed quickly and thoroughly, and the grounds were always kept clean and safe. I could not recommend this apartment complex any more. We only moved out because we bought a house, but this was the first place my husband and I lived together, so needless to say I was a little emotional saying goodbye. If you are looking for a place to call home, the Parkway is the best!
I absolutely love the apartments and Beau!!!
