I recently moved into this apartment community, and my experience has been great so far. The property is very clean, quiet, and peaceful, which is exactly what I was looking for. The complex is great for anyone. It’s clean, management is friendly, maintenance is fast, it’s safe. What it offers is great, a nice little pond, small dog park, free bags for your pets around the property. Overall, I have very very much enjoyed living here. I’d stay, but at some point a house awaits, in the meantime, I am happy here.
The Parkway on Westlake is a beautiful community with a great atmosphere and well-maintained amenities. The property feels welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully cared for. The team is friendly and helpful, and you can tell they take pride in creating a great experience for residents and visitors. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a new place to call home!

Overall, I really enjoy living here and would recommend it to others. The property is nice, clean, and well-maintained, and the leasing office and maintenance teams are both very responsive whenever I need assistance. Of course, the cleanliness can sometimes depend on having considerate neighbors, but overall, the community is a nice place to call home. There are a few areas that could be improved.
