I park monthly from 3 days up to 14days at the lot 2 in Atlanta. On Thursday 27th, Feb I parked at 3am. I returned on Mon, March 3rd at 6pm to find a cracked windshield. The Manager on Duty was in the field. I showed the crack to the cashier who gave me a Business Card to report the next morning. On Wednesday 6th, I received a call advising me that my claim will be denied because I parked at my own risk.
I had the absolute worst experience at the parking spot in salt lake city. The driver was supposed to pick me up at the lot but went down the opposite side of the aisle, never looked down my side and the drive off, even though was standing in there middle of the road waving my arms. I had to walk back to the entrance booth and then proceeded to wait over 30 minutes for someone to pick me up. This company is the worst, and I'd give them zero stars if I could. I made DIA parking reservations with Park'n'Fly in January, and I guess this company bought them or something. I followed the directions on my confirmation email, but even after making an account, I cannot get my reservation. I've emailed them numerous times in the last month as they do not offer customer service via phone, and they have not gotten back to me after weeks of me constantly contacting them. I’ve been trying to reach management at your Dallas Love field location regarding damages to my vehicle after being towed (without my knowledge) to a new spot during my trip. Who can I contact at corporate for assistance?
Shuttle at O'Hare stops at midnight and does not start again until 5am. Gate code didn't work either.
