Great service and a large selection. Definitely the best U-Haul in the Bluffton, Beaufort, Hilton Head area. I’ve used them several times and always had a positive experience.
The lock on the moving truck I rented broke which I rented from a different state so the door wouldn’t open. Luckily this uhaul vendor was open on Saturday. I called and spoke with David and he took the time to help me and find some tools to open the lock for me so that I could unload the moving truck. He also offered to move the uhaul for me so it would be easier for me to get out of the parking lot. Thank you for helping me David. You were such a calm and helping presence in a very stressful time for me. Thanks again!
Had a reservation for a 15 ft. truck I made on Friday before I needed on the next Saturday, talked to someone at the location about a 10 ft. truck because that's all I needed. He told me he thought he had one and he'd call me and let me know. I didn't hear from him so I called 5 times over the week and left 4-5 messages, but no call back. I drove 3.5 hours to the location to move my son back home and when I got there I didn't have the 15 ft. truck available.
