Had a reservation for a 15 ft. truck I made on Friday before I needed on the next Saturday, talked to someone at the location about a 10 ft. truck because that's all I needed. He told me he thought he had one and he'd call me and let me know. I didn't hear from him so I called 5 times over the week and left 4-5 messages, but no call back. We've used The Parking Depot for two years, leaving our car there and renting trucks. Ryan has come through for us time and time again. Our last rental, Uhaul on the day before our move said no 26-ft truck was available at our reserved Uhaul location, set the month before. Uhaul customer service said one was available 40 minutes away. It wasn't. Finally told one was available an hour away. So we would have to pay for the gas to bring it back!
