Excellent law firm. Made closing on a home easy and fun. Great hospitality
Parker Law Office went out of its way to assist in closing a lot buy that ran into a situation where a previous sale had been deeded to the wrong entity. This required numerous phone calls and emails/texts to fix, as the lawyer responsible for the mis-deeding was neither responsive or helpful. The sale was also contingent on being completed by the end of February to avoid an immediate HOA assessment increase on the part of the buyers. Cathy is horrible at her job and incredibly rude. After an email, voicemail, and then explaining my situation on the phone, she still failed to understand what was going on. I ended up going with another attorney who explained that the process would simply involve some paperwork and a surveyor.
