I contacted this law firm to see if they would be willing to represent me. The lady quoted about $500/hr if they took my case (no mention of a "Consultation Fee"). She then asked me to send them some documents for the attorney to review. After sending the documents, I received an email stating that the lawyer "will be unable to assist" me with this matter & they kindly referred me to a different attorney. I used him twice. In a third situation, he refused to make an appointment. He uses the front desk to do legal triage before he agrees to talk.

in 2017 my family member had a lady bird Johnson deed drawn up. 2023, title company says the wording on the deed is wrong making it a life estate deed. Everyone named on the deed had to sign the sale and agreed to the money split. far different than a lady bird deed…… when I called the law office) they were more concerned about tell me that Mr Parker charged a fee for a phone call. what did i pay $800. for when he drew up the deed with improper wordage???? Go somewhere else!
