Horrible people live here! If you are fine with lazy people that fail to clean their dogs crap, park illegally and may block you in, and are essentially the worst neighbors, this is your place. They y often block the streets with service trucks that they bring home from work. Management does not tow or correct the problems.
My friend has been without air conditioning in her apartment for over 6 weeks, and management still hasn’t resolved the issue. This isn’t just an inconvenience—it’s a health concern. Her brother, who stays with her frequently, has asthma, and the extreme heat in the unit is making it difficult for him to breathe. It’s becoming unbearable and unsafe to live there. I have lived here for nearly three years and initially had a decent experience. Then, the Parker changed ownership and everything went downhill FAST. My roommate and I discovered we had a mice problem back in October 2024. The building was alerted and basically said that's a problem for pest control to deal with. Clearly pest control did not do a thorough inspection, because in December 2024 we found a dead mouse in our apartment.
