Everything is perfect, the people are very kind and everything is very nice. I highly recommend living here. And Msod is a very good person and treats us very well. He is respectful and kind.
SHADY BUSINESS! I was deceived into thinking I could bring my washer and dryer to this property by Msoo. While giving myself, my children, and my apartment locator a tour, WE were told that I could bring my washer and dryer when I moved into this apartment in July 2025. I was so excited and was ready to sign my lease the same day. I received my lease and noticed that there was NO mention of me bringing my washer and dryer, which I believed it to be an oversight on the lease. I called Msoo to have this corrected. The Parker at Austin is a wonderful place to live. The office staff is always so helpful and quick to answer any questions that we have. Msoo in the office has been super helpful and quick to get on any questions/requests that I have. The Community is beautiful and feels like home. All the amenities are a plus! We couldn’t have chosen a better place to live and call home. If you’re looking to move, I highly recommend!
