The Parkchester condominiums have installed new intercom systems and do not have staff to service them. Currently our entire building does not have access to buzz deliveries in b/c the intercom system is not displaying the directory properly. Why as a renter am I being asked to contact anyone but Parkchester service department for a problem with how something works improperly on the property?
Awful management, very old buildings with crumbling and outdated infrastructure. There's not much of anything good to say. Parkchester South Condominium is well taken care of, but it's not that much better.
COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. DO BETTER, THIS COMPLEX SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. I AM SURPRISED THIS IS LEGAL.
