Been here a few years. Allison is great and very responsive. Love the location next to a park and a regular uta busline that goes into the city.
Lived here for 2 years! It was a fantastic place to live. The management was very good and responded to anything very quick. Neighborhood was in a good location. Apartment felt spacious. The washer and dryer room in each apartment was awesome. Absolutely no complaints. I would recommend living here to anybody.
For being my first apartment, I completely enjoyed the experience! 5 min to downtown, 5 minutes to work, 12 minutes to the airport, what more can one ask for. What I enjoyed more and more by the end of my lease was getting to walk across the street to "Handlebar" to enjoy some great drinks and tunes! As well as getting to enjoy watching the games there. I recommend this place to anyone that would consider living near downtown SLC. Thank you Allison!
I've lived here for years with family and the environment is amazing. Great little community of people and our landlords are nothing but the best. If anything has ever come up, they take care of it so fast. I'm going to miss living here, but anyone that gets the chance to be a part of this community is lucky. Thank you for having us and taking care of us for so many years.
I had a really good experience living here. They address any maintenance requests quickly. Property management is friendly and easy to work with. The rent is a good deal, and there aren't a bunch of added side fees like I've had at other apartments. The apartments are quiet, and I love the neighborhood.
